The second charity gala dinner organized by Antonio Banderas’ Foundation, Lagrimas y Favores, to raise funds was held at the Málaga Council Office on April 11th, 2014. IFC food consulting participated by providing the catering services together with El Corte Ingles.
350 guests, who helped with the fund raising, gathered for the occasion.
IFC brought together a menu full of stars with renowned chefs who joined their efforts to offer a luxurious dinner. Luis Salinero (IFC), Andrea Tumbarello ** Repsol (Don Giovanni, Madrid & Marbella), Susi Díaz * Michelin (La Finca, Elche), José Carlos García * Michelin (JCG, Málaga), Óscar Velasco ** Michelin (Sant Celoni, Madrid) and master pastry chef Paco Torreblanca, a member of Relais Desserts, (Alicante y Valencia) bedazzled guests with a fantastic menu.
