This Swiss-Argentine young man is full of energy and good culinary manners. A graduate from the Hotel Industry School of the Balearic Islands,  his ambition to reach to the top has taken him to the stoves of luxurious hotels in the island of Majorca, a Michelin starred restaurant and to work as a chef de partie in Madrid’s Golden Mile despite his young age. He shows his versatility inside and outside the kitchen feeling equally comfortable when in charge of the cold station, the grill or the dessert station or speaking Spanish, German or French.
